  • shipped WPF/Silverlight platforms and design tools for Microsoft as a program manager
  • shipped real-time Flash Media Server communication apps as an e-learning startup developer
  • written books and spoken at conferences about Flash RIA design and programming (before the term ‘RIA’ existed)
  • studied human-computer interaction in graduate school years ago
